Motivation to Work Out

Ever feel like you need some extra motivation to stay on the treadmill or even get to the gym in the first place? Try going when your favorite show is on television — whether it’s Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Project Runway or even Friends reruns. The time goes much faster when you have something good to watch, and you’ll be much more likely to stay on for a few more minutes to see what happens. Plus, it gives you something to talk about with the person on the machine next to you… whoever that may be.
