Are bagels really that bad for you?
Wednesday, May 31st, 2006I often get asked this question about bagels. While no one wants to believe it, a bagel can have anywhere from 400 to 600 calories. That’s before you put anything on it. Most adults need less than that number of calories for their entire breakfast. So, if you’re having trouble losing weight, try switching your bagel to an English muffin which only has about 150 calories.
