Is sushi a good dinner option?
Sushi can be a great option for
take-out. It’s healthy (unless you are
pregnant) and it’s relatively low in calories compared to many
other take-out choices. However, remember, portions sizes still matter. If you
have 10 rolls or lots of extra rice, the calories will add up. Also, the spicy
tuna roll is made with mayo. Mayo provides essential fatty acids which are very healthy, but it’s also
high in calories, so watch how much you are eating. And, tempura rolls and crunchy rolls are fried, so those are also high in calories and fat. Vegetable
rolls, tuna or salmon rolls or sashimi are great options if you are trying to lose or maintain your weight.
