What’s the “best” alcohol to drink?
Friday, March 17th, 2006I always get a question about what the "best" type of alcohol is if you are watching your weight. Well, all alcohol adds extra calories to your day. If you are looking for the least caloric options, a 4 - 5 oz glass of wine or a light beer have the least calories. Watch out for mixed drinks. Some of those drinks have more calories than you want to know. And, those calories add up quickly….
